I'm still surviving without nicotine. Last night I had a major craving at 8:11. I'm talking grab the sofa arms what the #$% where did that come from sort of craving. I rode it out but that wasn't fun. This morning on the way in to work I still found myself reaching over to grab my cigarette. I guess you can't correct 24 years of habit in 5 days. I know it's going to be a struggle for a while but I am doing it. I've noticed that my knees aren't popping anymore when I walk up the stairs. Breathing seems to be getting easier and I'm starting to have more energy. I'm actually considering finding a gym to join.
