A field of Lupine in nearby Hermon,  my wife took the photo last year.

My day didn't go as planned yesterday, my group is not one of the groups that meet in person yet, a misunderstanding on my part.  Today I have lab work, early, at the dialysis center and a day out with my daughter.

Just for today, let's say,

we'll handle our quits in a solid way;

 No smoking, or puffing or putting in chew,

 There are so many other things we can do.

 Using good graces and making good choices,

 No Smoking for us, hear all our voices.

“Believe in yourself. You are braver than you think, more talented than you know, and capable of more than you imagine.”
 Roy T. Bennett, The Light in the Heart

I quit on October 25, 2013, it was the best decision I ever made (or, one of them). I smoked for over 50 years and quit Cold Turkey. My most useful tool is gratitude, you can borrow some from me.
