Great Pond Matthew Austin.JPG

Matt Austin caught the sunrise on Great Pond.

A late night, some good sleep and I'm ready for my coffee, in about an hour.  I got done early last night, about 8:30 and the ride home is short, it's only about a half mile from here to the dialysis center.

Time to spend today in quiet, sunshine, and maybe a short walk too.  And some naps of course, I'll welcome those.

Just for today, let's say,

we'll handle our quits in a solid way;

 No smoking, or puffing or putting in chew,

 There are so many other things we can do.

 Using good graces and making good choices,

 No Smoking for us, hear all our voices.

I quit on October 25, 2013, it was the best decision I ever made (or, one of them). I smoked for over 50 years and quit Cold Turkey. My most useful tool is gratitude, you can borrow some from me.
