Family first.  Another Paul Cyr photo from Aroostook county Maine.

Worry free Wednesday happens for me because I have freedom from smoking, I'm so very grateful that I have some "control" over my addictive behaviors.  It wasn't an easy road to travel at time (I had to stop for the moose - addiction) With the help of pages like this one (the Q) I am able to find the help I need to steady the course.  I could not have done the all by myself, I needed you!  Thank you one and all for your help it's very appreciated.

Why not join me today and pledge to remain smoke free - just for today.

I quit on October 25, 2013, it was the best decision I ever made (or, one of them). I smoked for over 50 years and quit Cold Turkey. My most useful tool is gratitude, you can borrow some from me.
