NEEGU (Never Ever Ever Give Up)

There are times that no matter how good our intentions are we tend to shoot ourselves in the foot.  When quitting smoking that shout NOT be an option; that's when we remember NEEGU.   We owe our very lives to our quit.

The expression of gratitude provides a useful tool in this case, and in all the other cases too (my opinion).  Practice gratitude every day all day it works.

I quit on October 25, 2013, it was the best decision I ever made (or, one of them). I smoked for over 50 years and quit Cold Turkey. My most useful tool is gratitude, you can borrow some from me.
