Well, I made it through day 1 but it was much harder than I expected. I don't think the patches are working. I wanted a cigarette most all day. I ate way too much. This is not good at all. I'm already very fluffy. I went to the store yesterday. Couldn't find any sugar free mints in the whole candy aisle. So I got some orange lifesavers, some Junior Mints, some hot fries & some Snyder's Honey Mustard & Onion Pieces. I did get some more grapes. I've eaten like a pound of grapes, almost the whole box of Junior Mints & ⅓ of the bag of hot fries. Also 4 pieces of Captain D's fish. (Just ate the last 5 Junior Mints in the box.) Still want a cigarette.
