Summary
I have now stopped smoking for 1 week, 1 day, 10 hours, 9 minutes, 46 seconds. That translates into 126 cigarettes NOT smoked, for a savings of $44.22! At 5 minutes per cigarette I have increased my life expectancy by 10 hours, 31 minutes, 45 seconds.

Found out the noob was missing his nappy nap, made up for that today. The dream was hilarious, cowboys and Indians, all rode into the same sunset, hopefully a good sign. Been reading posts of others with day one and some with two. New acronym into the lexicon, DOF. Now I'm off to listen to baseball on the radio. It's what I do. Other than love all of you
