I’ve just began the grandma journey, and oh how special those little people are. That’s why I have began my not so new quit journey. I have tried a few times without success, each time has gotten a little easier though. Odds of fulfilling my grandma duties if I continue to smoke are not great. Let’s face it facts are facts for a reason. When I sit and think about how long I have smoked, it’s been 30 years. Each year gets a little harder to breathe, can’t walk nearly as far, add a few to many more wrinkles and cough sounds horrible. So I guess what I am saying is...I’m ready this time. Quit date set, support in place, husband and kids are ready and have been for years. Going to make it last this time I’m kicking it. Would love to hear tips and tricks to help me along this journey. Think about me on July 22nd it’s the day I become a non-smoker.
