I have found that I do really great when I am out with my nonsmoking friends and when I go to doctors appointments! I don’t even think about smoking unless I see someone else smoking then it is just a thought that I can push away!
My really tough times are first thing in the morning, when I am home (I live alone with my cat) and everything is finished (housework and playing my games on my phone), and right before I go to bed for the night!
I do find that I still get really tired and have to go take long naps except when I have to go somewhere then I just push myself forward and go get what I have to do done!
I am really hoping that this will pass and I will find that I have more energy from not smoking!!
