I finally had my meeting with the Pastor today and it really seems like he wants to help me get through a lot of situations that I am going through (money problems, my stress in my life, and the depression that I go through)!

I probably shouldn’t ask; but has anyone also gone to a nicotine anonymous group along with using this community to help? I am thinking of going to a meeting to see if I can get more understanding of the urges, being tired, sinus headaches, and irrational feelings that I am still going through occasionally!
