I am so excited!!!  I have been smoke free for 12 days!!  I can breathe better..  I am still awaiting results from my tests but I am positive that God will take care of me!!  I have received so much support from the community!!!  I feel as if I had participated in this community earlier I would have quit long ago... The support is awesome!   My cravings are at a minimum.  I have pushed through them with the aid of peppermints. I can DO this!!!  I will say I have lived by the N.O.P.E. mantra. So happy!!!!!!!
