Well yesterday I spent in bed with a horrible migraine!!! I couldn’t move because of the pain. In the past I would of definitely smoked but I’ve been holding strong!!! Today I still have a headache but not a debilitating one!!! Another realization I’ve had is around eating... so after a meal I’d have to smoke to get myself to stop eating to the point of being miserable, to get the taste of food out of my mouth... this has probably been one of my hardest obstacles... but getting over those as well. I haven’t posted anything in a few days but I have still been reading, thanks for being here!!!
