I quitting for the 3rd time in my life.. I thought vaping would be a safe alternative to smoking and had read a few articles on the subject. However it wasn’t long before an addiction had formed. I started to talk about quitting because of the expense and a bunch of other “reasons”.. in reality I knew I was addicted. Now that I have stopped I’ve noticed that whenever I think about smoking I want a snack.. does anyone have any suggestions to keep it from transferring to food.. I would like to be present and positive for my family and friends.. what the vaping was pulling me away from..
