I just received a notification that I was mentioned today. When I looked, I have now been smoke free for 700 Days!!!!! I can't believe it! Trust me when I say if I can do it so can you! You just have to find you WHY. For those starting out, it does get easier. This was the best decision of my life............love saying that I am a non-smoker!
