I made a plan. April 11th will hopefully be my first smokefree day! I reduced the amount of cigarettes I smoke today until April 10th from 3-4 to 3 to 2 to 1 a day. So, now I need to pay attention. I don't want to slip! So I gotta take it one hour at a time. I made it smoking 3 cigarettes a day before, why not now? I just gotta stick with it! I don't want to get sick and die from cancer with a cigarette in my mouth like my grandma. It's not my way to go. I know this is serious. Will I be able to focus? My patience is horrible...I can barely get through the day trying to focus on normal things. How can I stay on track with cutting down then?
