Good Morning, well it's the start of day 2 here. Went to bed last night at 6:00 and woke up at 2:45 a.m. Seem to be really sleepy. My morning brain wants that cig. I used to have one just about immediately after waking up.
I will busy myself with doing up last nights dishes. Then I will go back to bed and watch some TV. Seems I don't crave as much when I'm laying down. Reminding myself that a crave only lasts 3-5 minutes.
I will make it thru.
