I am not a big fan of the new site, but I do need a forum to acknowledge and celebrate my four years smoke free, so here I am. Like many, I found the “community” a few days after I quit, but I think it made all the difference in my success. I did all the readings that were suggested, and then some. I made my first cyber friends, all of whom were fun to travel with on this journey. I am thrilled that a number of you are hanging in there for the newcomers. For those starting out – stick with it, and pay attention. It is doable! And thanks for all the well wishes on the Freedom Train – although I have to say it took me a while to find the train itself.
