Hello everyone haven’t been here in a while been going to therapy twice a week and trying to get my book finished. I’m writing a story of my life’s ups and down and how God pulled me through. He has really blessed me by allowing me to wake every morning cloth in my right mind. If it wasn’t for him I don’t know where I’d be. I’m not trying to turn anybody off by talking about God but I had to get that in. Some people have their on beliefs and I respect that. Well as far as my smoking I’m still smoke free thanks to everyone support. This group really helped me a lot and when I get the erge to smoke I know I can come to this site my support group. I truly thank each and everyone of y’all. And may God bless you all and good luck on your quit if it doesn’t work start over and over until it works don’t give up you can do it. Be blessed
