Hey folks. I know I haven’t been on at all, but just wanted to pop on and express the thanks I have to all of the members here that helped me in my beginning stages of quitting. I couldn’t have done it without you. YOU ROCK! now, I’m signing off for the last time. I’m 1 year smoke free, I have absolutely 0 desire to smoke, and I recently lost 30 pounds! Quitting smoking won’t make you gain weight
