Alcohol is Dangerous

I haven't lost my quit in part because I quit drinking before I quit smoking. For me at least, quitting drinking was much easier than quitting smoking. How many of you have lost a quit due to alcohol? How manydays/weeks/months/years had you been quit? Alcohol ruins more quits than anything else. The best way to keep a quit is to stay sober. If you must drink, don't drink more than a couple, or in other words, don't drink beyond the point where you lose control. When you feel that careless nature coming on, it's time to stop. It doesn't matter how long you've been quit, if you are drinking, you are taking an awful risk.

I quit smoking on March 26th, 2009. I smoked a pack a day for 25 years. I quit because I began having health issues in my early 40's. I had a TIA and a stroke a few years ago. I work as a home delivery salesperson.
