I quit a year ago in August I used chaotic and a lot of will power. Im still going strong I do use a vape pen once in a while but I'm just about done with it. I smoked for almost 40 years and I quit it was hard but I did it . I knew I could because years ago I watched my dad quit after 50 years of smoking. You can do this it's hard there is no easy way but you can find what works for you and do it. Please for your health and the health of those around you quit smoking.
