Nothing exciting to report today other than I'm on day 122. It sure seems like it's been longer than that. I think of how concentrated the time was in the beginning of my quit and how time went so slowly. Now, it seems time is back on its regular track and flowing at the rate I'm used to.
Today will be slow exercising on my own for the shoulder, having the electrician come and change out a light fixture, and who knows what else.
Boring blog today, but there you have it!

Day 122
I am going to use my hand tiller on more large bare spots in my yard, cover them with goodness from my compost, rake, seed and cover them with straw and then water. I have had a very invasive weed that I have been fighting for a few years now which takes over everything in its path and leaves large areas of mud in the winter when it dies back. TIRED of the mud, so I killed it off last year - leaving large areas of dirt to reseed. I usually don't care about my yard as long as its green, but this stuff wreaked havoc and needed to be GONE.
GREAT exercise, and I love being outside - so its all good!
I will probably think that a cigarette would be nice when I take a break (that is STILL a passing thought when I take a break from heavy-duty outside work) - but I will choose a cold Pepsi over crushed ice in an Old Fashioned glass instead!!!
