I WANT TO SHOUT 200 DAYS..... I did it. I made it to 200 days....I feel so good being smoke free. It seemed like yesterday I been worried about getting through the first week,then the 2nd week and on and on and here i am today at 200 DAYS.....in the beginning i worried i wouldn't make it through but thanks to the help of all the elders and all the reading and the support they give me i'm going to do this because its doable....when you put your mind to something and say your going to do it you can do whatever you say. It's not always easy but it can be done because i'm a good one to show for that. On to 300 and 400 and 500 ext.... We all can do this together because its doable.
