Just wanted to say a quick thank you to all of you who responded to my last blog with words of encouragement!!! Oh and the pictures!!! Haha… I DIDN’T smoke! Reading your comments really helped me overcome the urge. All of you had great advice on ways to fight the craving and I will definitely remember them in the future!!! Well, I didn’t try to stick my head in the freezer…I wasn’t sure if that was a joke or not haha. Anyways, thanks again!!
