So, with no cigarettes left deciding today November 8,2018 is my quit day. Kinda scary but what a perfect time. Reading about nicotine addiction and tobacco addiction hopefully will help. So no cigarettes last cigarette was 11-7-2018. Was going to sign the pleadge but was too chicken. Will keep u up dated. Should I use nrt any suggestions?
