My quit date is June 30th which is nine days away. I'm already down to 3 cigarettes a day and I don't even feel like smoking anymore.
I've been wearing a nicotine patch and it really works! I don't have cravings and I don't smoke anymore as soon as I wake up. Today I didn't smoke until 11 a.m. and I had my second cigarette at 7 p.m. I'll probably have one more before I go to sleep.
Thanks to all of you who posted a comment on my first blog post. This is a very responsive community and I look forward to having more time to read other blogs and the literature on smoking cessation.
I know I'll be saving a lot of money when I quit and I'm extremely happy that I won't be craving cigarettes any more 🙂
