Good morning Fellow Exer's! Once again the Freedom Train is making it's Sunday drive to Freedom from the bondage of tobacco! Join us today as we celebrate tha milestones that we pass along the way! Extoll the virtues of Freedom as we celebrate those among us who are having special moments!

The first stop for the Freedom Train today is in the great state of Ohio! Anybody here know RickM? Everybody does, I am sure! You can not hang around this site for 800 Days without people noticing you! Add to that the quiet guidance that Rick has given to so many people here, and you are bound to be a celebrity! RickM, wake up this morning! Join us on the Freedom Train! Grab that morning cup of coffee(maybe a little shot of Cognac in it) and prepare to celebrate! 800 Days is a lot of days! We plan to celebrate every one of them! We are going to ignore that embarassing pom-pom incident in Cindy's dream! We appreciate you being here, and all that you do to help others achive the Freedom that they seek, and deserve! Ladies and Gentleman, let us raise out glasses in a toast to one of our finest! The next stop for the Train today is in Jackson, Mississippi! Miss Cogs has reached that milestone that is most special! While I know that a lot of things have been going on in Mississippi, and that Miss Cogs has been busy and off the site for a bit, I hope she will be able to get on the Train today! You see, she has 100 Days! The doors to The Triple Digit Club are about to swing open! Yes, Miss Cogs, they are opening for you! So, drop what you are doing! Get your prettiest party dress and your dancing shoes! This is your day to celebrate! We are here to celebrate with you. or for you as the case may be! So, Lets get the celebration started!
