Good morning fellow Exer's! The Freedom Train starts the day in Minnesota! Again! We have lots of great quitters in Minnesota! However there is only one we all know as Quitter! Today she is the one we are celebrating on the Freedom Train! Quitter, I am sending the Freedom Limo in to pick you up! I am not sure the Train can get past all the sand bags! Quitter joins us today in the One Year Club! Yes, a year ago this fine Lady decided that she would be known forevermore as Quitter! And quit she did! Through all the tough times she has brought her frustrations here, and vented them! She has posted the pictures of the flooding! But if you want to see the true heart of this Lady look at the picture she has posted now! There is a true symbol of loving and caring! Quitter, congrats on your first full Smoke Free Year! You provide inspiration to all of us! We are proud that you are one of us!! Do something VERY special for yourself today!
The Freedom Train would also like to send a special shout out Kat! Our dear friend in Connecticut has had some rough spots, but she has 7 Smoke Free Months today! You are doing great my Friend! I can't wait for the Oscars!
Also one of our newer Friends, Jonilou has Her first 50 Smoke Free Days behind her! Grab your prettiest party dress honey! We are celebrating you today! You are beating this addiction and we are proud of you!!
One last note! I have seen a number of our fellow Exer,s out walking and running to raise money for some very good causes! I just want to congratulate those people! You are indicitive of the caring that is represented here on a daily basis! I also want to remind everyone that you are Free! You can now do things that you never thought you would do again! Enjoy your new found Freedom! Go forward and prosper!
