A Ruckus is started by one person...but doesn't actually become a Ruckus until one or more persons gets excited about the original ruckus material.....Rucki refers to multiple ruckus events occurring simutaneously...
Now sometimes you will see Mr. Ruckus Amongstus....he shows up when there is a possibility of a Ruckus starting....his presence doesn't necessarily mean there is a Ruckus...just that there is potential for Ruckus...
