I was at the Pulmonologist yesterday for my app't. Had to do the Spirometry thing first. When she came in she was exstatic!
She said my Spiro test was the best one she had seen from me. The results were as close to normal as she says I will ever get. So, no Oxygen for now.
Last week were a slew of blood work. The only thing they found there was slightly elevated cholesteral and tryglicerides. Watch the fats and fried foods even closer than before.
Next test is on the 13th with the vascular surgeon. I'll see how that turns out.
After that is the Cardiologist the following week.
All in all I'm doing better since the weather cooled a bit. I'm still smoke-free and closinf in on 3 years in less than a month.
One thing at a time.
One step, and then another, will get you to where you want to be.
