About 2 years ago I wrote the blogs below. I was at 38 DOF and I was not confident at all that I was going to remain smoke free while camping. Well, I'm off to my annual Halloween Campout tomorrow and have no doubt I will not smoke. So nice to feel completely confident. If your new in your quit, hang in there, it gets easier!

Oh boy, this going to be a toughy!! Halloween camping trip this weekend. Need to definitley mentally prepare for this.

Just checking in real quick. Back to my busy schedule! Made it through my camping trip without smoking. Hallelujah!! Listening to other 'smoking' campers morning smokers cough really reinforced my desire to quit!!
