Hi Friends!

I  hope everyone had a great smoke free weekend and a great time in Vegas if you went! 

I was catching up reading blogs this morning and it occurred to me I am so grateful that i am not in the beginning stages of my quit!  I am 252 days quit and I sure don't miss the anxiousness, anxiety, and longing for a cigarette!  I don't mean to rub it in to the newbies but my smokefree life is AWESOME!  See what you have to look forward to??

Keep it up!  It is so worth it!

I was a closet smoker or at least I like to think I was. After quitting smoking there is NO WAY my smoking was a secret; how could it be with the awful smell??!! This site made all the difference in my Forever Quit! Smoke free since September 7, 2015
