Recipe for non smoking

Non Smoker Recipe :-

Ingredients required : confidence, list of handful activities to do in absence of smoking, glass of plain water.

Ingredients Not required : Cigarette, Lighter, tea, coffee, alcohol.

TAKE ONE STEP AT A TIME

say no to first cigarette starting the day.

Breath normally, concentrate on breathing.

Add calmness to invisible anxiety.

take one glass of water drink slowly.

Inhale ...say while inhaling "I will stay smoke free" ;

exhale... say while exhaling " I do not need cigarette.":

Let the some time factor get mixed with your anxiety feelings.

look at list of what to do in absence of smoking, and do that thing, just do it. thats needed. 

TAKE ANOTHER STEP AT A TIME. 

now say no to second cigarette (by this time you would have had two)

Breath fresh air.

Add calmness to invisible anxiety.

take one glass of water drink slowly.

Inhale ...say while inhaling "I will stay smoke free";

exhale... say while exhaling "I do not need cigarette.".

Let the some time factor get mixed with your anxiety feelings.

look at list of what to do in absence of smoking, and do that second thing, just do it.

Take a stock: This time you gained good confidence, that for whatever time you did not smoke two cigarettes, you are alive. you are alive, and nothing changed in the world. It is same as it was. Avoid anxiety now.

TAKE ANOTHER STEP AT A TIME..

now say no to virtual third cigarette.

Breath fresh air.

Add calmness to invisible anxiety.

take one glass of water drink slowly.

Inhale ...say while inhaling "I will stay smoke free"

exhale... say while exhaling "I do not need cigarette"

TAKE A STOCK.. LOOK AT YOU IN THE MIRROR.

This time you gained absolutely adequate confidence, that for whatever time you did not smoke four or five cigarettes, you are alive. you are alive, and nothing changed in the world. It is same as it was. You started changing from smoker to non smoker....Gain confidence and touch the milestone.

November 26, 2013 is my quit date. I regard this day as my second birth!. I am doing fantastic after quit. I did it cold turkey. I express my gratitude to EX members and this site for my QUIT.
