I am still hanging in there with smoking about 6 cigs a day. My quit date is next Mon and because of this site I am actually looking forward to it. I am realistic though and after smoking for 42 years I am not kidding myself about the severity of withdrawals. I know the patches will help and I plan to go to the library tomorrow to get Allen Carr's book that has been so highly reccommended on this site. Got to close for now but looking forward to seeing you all tomorrow
