Soon I will be approaching 9 years SMOKE free! One of the greatest accomplishments of my life I wish for everyone on this site trying to quit to just stop! Don't sabotage your efforts ! You can do this! You came into this world smoke free and can go out smoke free! I have never ever regretted staying smoke

free all of these years! Funny how fast days become weeks and weeks become months and months years. No matter what challenges you face there's always another choice besides smoking. Chewing gum, sugar free candy ,etc. Just make the choice to finally say I choose to be healthier and I will not sabotage my victories anymore.
