2500! Dang, That's A Lot!

I have had a very overwhelming Month here so I took a blogcation for awhile even though I knew this Milestone was coming.

IIn one Month - pneumonia, lost a job chance, got another, signed up for volunteer work, planned Penelope's first Birthday Party, shopping for a new Dr., new President, all with depression and anxiety!

Before when I was a smoker, any one of these things, even the pneumonia, would have been a trigger but together - I woouldn't have had a chance!

As an EXer - Yes, it's still overwhelming but, guess what, I really never thought of smoking even once! It never even crossed my mind!

FREEDOM!

I've got enough on my plate without adding Addiction to the mole!

It was hard to stay quit at first, it was still hard for quite longer than I expected! But it is doable and you can become an EX too!

Sometimes Life happens but we don't have to add to our problems with Nicotine! And that's all it does - create problems galore!

Enjoy your Smoke FREE World! It's so worth it!
