Feels oh so great to celebrate another year with out smoking cigarettes. I am not on EX as much as I want to but I will never forget me checking in daily for probably my first 3 yrs of my quit. Quitting for me was not easy but it was not as bad as I expected. I do believe quitting is only as hard as you want to make it. Accept the fact you are now an exsmoker and cigs are not your friend and you can live a normal life with out burning one every hour.
I see many new names here on EX and I see much support going on.....That is how it works folks we are all in the same boat nicotine addicts and we got to stick together. Guard your quit everyone, your life does depend on it.
