If we want to continue to stack up those precious DOF~Days Of Freedom so each evening we can look ourselves in the mirror and say YAY for another Day WON then we must choose to stick with N.O.P.E~Not One Puff Ever and vigilance N.M.W~ No Matter What~because there's just no other way to remain Smokefree PLUS going back to another Day ONE would totally suck big time!
