I remember only too well how horrendous it was in those early days and weeks of quitting smoking BUT after 40 years of slavery to the damned Cancer Sticks and smoking at least 30 a day it made perfect sense that it was bound to take time to relearn life without the crutch of cigarettes because every blessed thing we did was wrapped around them BUT with commitment and perseverance it's absolutely Doable.......

Oops I almost forgot that our buddy our pal our friend our Hump Day Camel George wants to wish each of you reading this a Stressfree hasslefree BUT most importantly a Smokefree Day because our QUITS IS A GIFT OF LIFE which will keeps on giving day after day week after week month after month and Lord willing year after year and all we have to do is stick with our precious quits.....
