I've got an early appointment tomorrow then my daughter Mandy and I are going to get together for the day so I'll check in with all of you my friends and Fellow EXers and most definetly EXtended family when I get back so lets all of us here at Ex always remember and N.E.F - Never Ever Forget how Crappy it is to be a slave to the horrid nicotine poison BUT let's keep reaping the benefits of Smokefree living because relapsing isn't an option anymore NOT when our lives literally depends on us to stick with N.O.P.E and vigilance N.M.W because LIFE really is Grand without a Cigarette in Hand BUT you must get through the rough patches first so chin up if you're struggling and keep moving forward stacking up those precious Days Of Freedom so each evening you can say YAY for another Day WON.
