These last few weeks have been rough with having a cold bug or maybe it's just allergies I don't know anyway I've been keeping a close eye on my 92 year old Mother in law more so than usual taking her places and making sure she's got food, her daughter Wendy has alot on her plate running back and forth to appointments for her husband Bob who's dealing with kidney cancer I've mentioned him before he just turned 59 in August he's in Stage 4 it's in his lymph nodes anyway our younger sister in laws 95 year old Dad passed late Wednesday night plus a friend of my husband Mark and I died of lung cancer a few days ago he was 66 and a lady I know but haven't seen in years died ugh and none are having a wake and the funerals are all tomorrow so I guess I better go to my sister in laws Dads funeral. Life happens whether we smoke or not and choosing Not is the only choice we if we want to remain Smokefree, there's so many situations in our lives that we have no control over I'm very concerned about both of my sisters right now too but there's nothing that I can do other than prayers thankfully I can handle all my worries without the damned Cigarettes I'm not outside in a cloud of smoke chainsmoking thinking of what to do instead I am fixing plates of food for my mother in law and I'm there for whoever needs me plus I don't smell like a stinky old ashtray so that's definetly a good thing BUT I have to admit I'm stressed but I live with N.O.P.E and vigilance because it works when applied on a daily basis so N.M.W we can live a life of Freedom......Relapsing would only make things 1,000 times worse so it's not even a blimp on my Radar.....

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
