Our buddy our pal our friend the Hump Day Camel George isn't impressed with the temps being - 13 °F  at 6:30 this morning but neither was I, another storm is rolling through overnight so I keep reminding myself that Spring is coming probably later than sooner  BUT it's coming no matter the Weather or anything that's happening in life we are EXers  and as long as we all stick with N.O.P.E and vigilance then we're guaranteed a life of Freedom and there's absolutely no way we can Fail I know that in those early days and weeks of quitting that it can be EXtremely difficult to say the least BUT it's also very Doable and totally worth it so hang on tight and don't let go because you will get to that point where you realize how much better life is as an EXer BUT you must believe it and stick with your quit journey.....I've been cranking the music up a lot more lately while I'm going about my household chores trying to shake off the Winter blues and it's helping to pick up my frame of mind up thankfully a thought of just one cigarette isn't even a blimp on my Radar because I don't do that anymore plus I know just ONE would screw up a perfectly beautiful quit so that isn't happening  I'll never allow myself to become lazy and complacent and lose the best gift that I'll ever give myself which is the gift of LIFE! Let's always remember and N.E.F - Never Ever Forget that horrid DAY ONE because going back would totally suck big time but another Day WON is totally super fantastic.....

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
