My grandson Mason got off the bus here yesterday which brightened my day up plus the temps made it up to 46 degrees which felt like a heatwave it was great to get outside for awhile we're back into the colder temps this morning BUT that's A OK because we're on a downhill slide toward Spring so let's never let the weather or anything else that's happening in LIFE screw up a perfectly beautiful quit as long as we all stick with N.O.P.E and vigilance and keep the yuckies (cigarettes) away from our face then there's no way we can FAIL in living a life of Freedom BUT I have no concerns about relapsing and neither should anyone as long as we N.E.F - Never Ever Forget those early days and weeks of quitting smoking because another Day ONE would totally suck big time but another Day WON is the gift of LIFE......
