No Matter how difficult the cravings and moodswings can be at times and even with the lack of sleep that's also part of the quitting process you can and will get through the roller coaster ups and downs of it all BUT you must believe it and take a deep breath and keep your mind as well as your hands occupied and continue to move forward stacking up those precious DOF so each evening you can say YAY for another Day WON, I know that it's not easy by any stretch of the imagination BUT it's absolutely Doable and with the right Mindset we can and will be Free.....
