I know that quitting smoking is EXtremely difficult to say the least because I remember & I hope that I - N.E.F - Never Ever Forget those early days and weeks because I don't want to ever go back to Day ONE again, I don't want anyone to lose the best gift that any of us will ever give ourselves which is the gift of LIFE as hair raising as it can be it's also very Doable there were times that I wanted to tear my hair out by the handful BUT I didn't and I'll tell you if anyone happpened to look at me the wrong way I wanted to rip their face off BUT I didn't 
the only people that I wanted to be around ME were the grandchildren because they were my incentive to keep plowing forward & I'll tell you the longer you're quit the easier it will get BUT you must believe it and stick with N.O.P.E and vigilance which guarantees you a Smokefree Life....
