I choose to stick with N.O.P.E and vigilance because I know beyond a shadow of a doubt that I can handle things much easier now that I'm an Ex Smoker because life is going happen good or bad whether any of us smoke or not and I'd rather have a clear head dealing with a situation than be sitting outside no matter what the weather is chainsmoking with a cloud of smoke surrounding me not getting a blessed thing straightened out but with a clear head I can handle things much better it may not be easy BUT at least I'm present and in the situation and Not outside so I can do what I can when I can without the smokes because I don't do that anymore! Nobody has to do that anymore! The choice is ours and I believe Smokefree living is where it's at now and I love saying YAY AND YAY AGAIN FOR SMOKEFREE LIVING AND YAY FOR EACH AND EVERY DAY WON BECAUSE FREEDOM IS OURS FOR THE TAKING AND OUR LIVES LITERALLY DEPENDS ON IT QUIT FOR LIFE YOUR LIFE, MY LIFE, OUR LIVES!!!! SAY YES TO LIVING WITHOUT THE SMOKES.
