But I'm on I'm a countdown to Spring plus since I don't smoke anymore I keep busy and even now after over 3 and a half yrs every so often right out of the blue the thought of smoking just one creeps into my mind but thankfully with N.O.P.E and vigilance I'll give my head several shakes and say that I don't do that anymore and smile because I'm free and I'll - N.E.F - Never Ever Forget my early days and weeks of quitting smoking at least I pray I never do because another Day ONE would totally suck big time but another Day WON is awesome so let's keep stacking up our precious Days of Freedom because S.I.N.A.O Smoking Is Not An Option not if we want to keep the best gift that any of us will ever give ourselves which is the gift of LIFE.....
