My hubby Mark reminded me that it's Hump Day plus we've got one week pretty much over with in February now YAY! But no matter the weather or anything else that's happening in life once we've quit smoking then sticking with N.O.P.E and vigilance will give us a life of Freedom because S.I.N.A.O Smoking Is Not An Option we are EXers we don't Smoke anymore we live LIFE on LIFE'S Terms without the crutch of cigarettes....
