Share your quitting journey
Our lives literally depends on us to quit and stick to it because life is way too short to knowingly continue to slowly kill ourselves, I'm so thankful that after 40 yrs of slavery to the disgusting Cancer Sticks that I finally wised up and took back my life while I still could but it took a health scare of finding out that I have mild copd otherwise I still might be a sucking on the yuckies (cigarettes) and nearly horking up a lung or possibly both. My health and my family especially the grandchildren were my incentives to quit and remain quit, what was yours? My 8 yr old grandson Mason called me yesterday afternoon and asked if he could get off the bus and stay the night and of course I had to say yes even though I'm exhausted from the appointments I've had this wk but the good thing is anything and everything I do now is done without smoking because I don't do that anymore so let's always remain vigilant while going about our daily lives because Freedom is what life is all about, always say - N. O. P. E. - because it works when applied on a daily basis .
