It's a humid morning here in the Maritimes but it's going to be a great day and my oldest grandson Adam is coming for the day, we're going to go pick him up soon. He's 13 and hasn't been here for awhile but he's at that age that he'd rather hang out with his friends or girlfriend than the old foggies hummmmm can you imagine that? 
anyway it's going to be great to see him, my daughter Mandy and Mason, Adam and I will have a lunch out and see what's happening and maybe Adam will have an idea what he'd like to do and the best part of the day is being an Exer because I don't need to ruin the day sneaking off to suck on a disgusting cancer stick and Lord willing Mandy will decide to quit smoking soon but unfortunately I can't do anything about that because it's an individual decision and it's her choice whether to smoke or not but for me I'm reaping I'm the benefits of being an Ex Smoker one precious smoke free day at a time and I'm doing it by - N.O.P.E - Not One Puff Ever and by being vigilant while going about my daily business, there's definitely life after cigarettes and it's yours for the taking.
